Got Caught!

I like playing with all sorts of things these days. While playing on the floor I was so ruff that I pulled it down on top of me.

I also pulled up the bumper on the crib at my great grandparents house. I thought I was sneaky enough but I guess not.

First Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving weekend was full activity with my family. First my Ohrenberg Grandparents came over for a short visit before mom and I headed for Salina to stay with my great-grandparents while daddy worked on refinishing the hardwood floors.

While at my great-grandparents my great aunt Sarah held me for the first time.

My Grandma Goodman really enjoyed playing with me at Thanksgiving. She took off my socks and just look at what I did.

My Goodman grandparents were with me when I saw my first snow. My grandpa and I were talking about it while he held me up to the back door to take a look. It was pretty cool.

Don't ask me what I was doing at the Ohrenberg Thanksgiving but this position was new for me.

Hanging Out

Here I am trying to look like a duck. My mom thought it would be fun to put me in my robe one night. The duck has more hair than what I do!

I enjoy showing my smile. My mom was making funny faces at me to get this smile out of me. She sure is silly.
I have also figured out some new noises. You can listen to me by playing the movie below.

Around the House

I like playing in my ladybug. I have discovered that there are some things that spin when I touch them. The antennae are pretty fun to punch at.

Eating Time! I like eating off the spoon these days. I have enjoyed every vegetable that I have been fed so far. The green stuff that I'm eating here is peas. YUM! YUM!

I think it's funny that my daddy opens his mouth wide to get me to open my mouth. Doesn't he know that I open my mouth because I'm hungry. Silly Daddy!

Ohrenberg Visit

My Uncle Gregory and Aunt Rondy were in town for two days. We don't see them that often because they are missionaries. My uncle sure has more furry stuff on his face than my dad does.

We went to Grandpa and Grandma Ohrenberg's for supper one night. I provided some of the entertainment for the evening. Here I am making my grandma smile.

Pumpkin Patch

On Saturday my parents and great-grandparents took me to the Smoky Hill Bison Company Pumpkin Patch. I don't even know what a pumpkin is but my family thought it would be fun and it was!

The first thing we did was a duck race. I think my dad beat grandma but I think he got a head start.

My mom and dad both took me down this large slide down the Smoky Mountain. We went speedy quick.

Next we went out in the patch to find a pumpkin. My grandma thought that I would like sitting on one of those guys but I'm not that good at balancing yet, so she held onto me tight.

These days I like to chew on anything I can get my gums onto. I really enjoy chewing on dads fingers. One of these days I might get some teeth so I can really chomp down.

My silly parents were trying to get a picture of me with this little pumpkin. Those flowers sure looked pretty. I really wanted to get one into my mouth but my parents wouldn't let me.

5 months old

I'm already five months old. This was my first experience in my high chair, before I was always fed in my bouncy seat. I really like sitting up in this chair much better. I ate my first vegetable, squash, on the 25th. I loved it!
